Flitdesk's data models allow complete flexibility to manage a single building or a large campus with many buildings and companies. It is very easy to configure the application and synchronize existing reservation spaces in Office365 and GSuite. Flitdesk also allows clever management of roles and permissions that can be adapted to the most complex organizations.

Flitdesk simply works without any equipment. Everything is available in the cloud, directly from your computer and the mobile application. However, you will need an iPad if you choose to use our "Bienvenue" application to register and welcome your visitors. If you want to use a screen system (tablets) to book rooms, no problem. You will simply need to synchronize them with your dedicated calendars, considered as the only source of truth.

Flitdesk allows you to sync a G Suite or Office 365 domain in a few simple steps, and offers Single Sign-on with Google or Office 365 as a standard feature. We may also sync your Active Directory on a case by case basis.
